Who we are
The data controller is the needacut team, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: needacutbg@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your email address (required), first name and neighbourhood (optional), the site language, a personal invite code, and the date and version of your consent. We do not store your IP address.
Why, and on what basis
Only to tell you when the service launches and to decide which neighbourhoods to start in. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Until the service launches and up to 12 months after, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We use processors that handle it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database).
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing needacutbg@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
